Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern .NET technologies, full stack application development, SQL Server database design, reporting, data integration, and business analysis.

This position requires a local candidate who is available to work in a hybrid environment and attend an in-person interview. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications that support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET 8 or .NET 10 Core.
• Develop front-end interfaces and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational databases using SQL Server 2018 or higher.
• Create database schemas, tables, stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and complex queries.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and operational reporting solutions.
• Design and develop SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, migration, and scheduled processing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Participate in application architecture, system design, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and development estimates.
• Follow development standards, security practices, version-control procedures, and testing methodologies.
