When you enquire about a program: your name, email address, phone number, current and target role, your resume if you attach one, and your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

Automatically: standard server and analytics information such as pages visited and approximate location derived from IP address.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.

3. Why we collect it

• To assess and progress your job application, and to share it with the relevant employer.
• To respond to your enquiry and deliver any service you purchase.
• To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your resume with anyone other than the employer for the role you applied to, and our own staff.

4. Consent

By submitting a form you consent to us using your information for the purpose described at the point of collection. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain records.

5. Where your information is stored

Resumes are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible and can only be read by authorised staff accounts. Access to the administration system is restricted to a named allowlist. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to function, including one that remembers that you have entered the Job Accelerator access password.
