Job Description

Experience: 4-8 Years (Flexible based on profile)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle network-related requests and provide basic troubleshooting support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, firewall rules, website access, and application configuration.
• Gather technical information and coordinate network/firewall access requests.
• Raise, monitor, and troubleshoot requests involving: 
• Firewall Rules
• Website Access
• IP Anchoring
• ZPA Application Segments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network and access-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and track request progress through closure.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong understanding of: 
• FQDNs
• IP Addresses
• Ports & Protocols
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify whether issues are related to: 
• Network Connectivity
• Firewall Configuration
• Website Access
• Application Configuration
• Experience in raising and managing network or firewall access requests.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zscaler, especially Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Knowledge of: 
• Firewall Rule Management
• Secure Access Solutions
• IP Whitelisting / IP Anchoring
• Application Access Controls
• Exposure to enterprise network environments.
