Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead

Position overview 

Con Edison is seeking a Senior Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead to support the ETS Business Systems Delivery Customer Engagement Pega team. The successful candidate will lead enterprise delivery activities from planning through implementation, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and ensure that Agile delivery practices, project controls, quality processes, and reporting standards are followed. 

This role is ideal for a senior technical project manager, Agile delivery lead, or advanced Scrum Master who can manage delivery outcomes—not only facilitate ceremonies. 

Responsibilities

• Lead project and work-stream delivery across requirements, development, testing, release, and implementation. 
• Ensure project teams follow operational standards and use Microsoft Azure DevOps for tasks, defects, time, and reporting. 
• Facilitate daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, status meetings, and working sessions. 
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, project plans, schedules, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with product owners to develop business requirements and detailed user stories.
• Define release scope, priorities, schedules, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Track milestones, risks, issues, budgets, scope, quality, and corrective actions. Identify and remove impediments, escalating matters to management when required. 
• Coordinate distributed teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Secure management approval for major changes to requirements, scope, schedules, quality, and commitments. 
• Support team development, accountability, resource utilization, and continuous improvement. 
• Ensure quality-assurance processes, knowledge transitions, and project governance are maintained.
